All items in our shop are made to order, created specifically for you after purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

⭐ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or printing mistake, we will gladly replace it for free.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect or mistake

We’ll resolve it quickly.

⭐ Not Considered Defects

The following are not eligible for replacements:

  • Slight color variations (different screen settings)

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse
